Possessing state pride is easy when you hail from Colorado. Between the gorgeous landscape, the fantastic beer and the beautiful people, what’s not to like? And now there’s even more reason to boast about your Colorado connection: Talulah Jones, 1122 East 17th Avenue, is setting up a Handmade in Colorado table in the boutique, and tonight’s kickoff party will feature several of the artists in person.

“Confirmed people that we have are Lizzie Kienast — she does a lot of painting and beautiful artwork,” reveals Talulah Jones employee Randi Paradisa. “We are also having a woman by the name of Kara Rosenberry; she does handmade stationery. And we’ll be featuring Leigh Suskin, who does handmade quilts.” And Jones regulars will be thrilled to hear that owner Robin Lohre is rolling out a line of brand-new vintage ribbon cuff bracelets. Stop by the store between 6 and 8 p.m.; call 303-382-1230 or visit www.talulahonline.com.
